The Polaroid Is Back

The Polaroid Camera used to be the much loved solution to quick snaps but as the digital revolution has improved over the years Polaroid camera’s have become somewhat obsolete. Polaroid could have accepted defeat, sold up and moved to the south of Spain… but no! Polaroid are back!
Technology has made it easy to use a digital camera or even your mobile phone to take a quick photo although the one problem with these is you still need to attach it to a PC or take the card straight to a printer to see your images in print. Ah ha, says the bosses at Polaroid, they have used this to there advantage and come up with the PoGo Instant Mobile Printer.
Thats great but printing all your pics is costly, uses up a lot of resources like ink and is very environmentally UN friendly. Therefore Polaroid uses Zink technology which prints without using a single drop of ink. The PoGo uses patented ZINK Paper, which carries 100 billion yellow, magenta and cyan dye crystals (in a 2-inch x 3-inch sheet) these are heat activated with a 30-second pass of the printer. This should take 60 seconds from snap to print and with automatic image optimisation promises great results everytime.
