Sienna Miller has received £53,000 from a court settlement after claims that Paparazzi harassed her and invaded her privacy.

Actress and Model, Sienna Miller, sued Big Pictures founder Darryn Lyons (a celebrity in his own right now) over “intolerable intrusions by pursuing photographers”.

Yesterday the Big Pictures agreed to pay a settlement of £53,000 in damages and costs . This was to include an agreement that the agency will not pursue and harass Sienna at all. This includes photographers chasing heron foot, motorcycle or by car, photographers are also not permitted to wait on her doorstepr at her home or her families homes. The only time the agency are permitted to take photos of herare at public places or events such as bars, nightclubs or restaurants, or at a “red carpet” event.

This legal battle has been ongoing as her lawyers first the case up agianst Big Pictures for harassment. The agency reportedly tailed Miller, between June and September this year, and from this published 23 photographs.This claim resulted in Lyons having to pay £37,000 damages and court costs to settle this, after this sum you would have expected the business man to stop but he continued to pursue Miller for a money shot.

The company continued to chase miller and photograph her thus causing her to put forth another claim, this time for invasion of privacy, this mainly related to shots taken of Sienna on a boat in Italy earlier this year, these were published in the Sun and News of the World.

Big Pictures agreed to pay £16,000 in damages as well as Millers legal costs this never made it to court as the defendant probably realised he could not win.

Earlier this month, Miller reached another out-of-court settlement this time from the Sun, and News of the World. This was over the publication of boat articles and images. This came to £35,000 in damages as well as legal costs.

This settlement comes only days after Kanye West complained of harasment from photographers and called for laws to be changed. It looks like Miller has earned a tidy living off these images when her career isn’t going so well she will probably miss it if they stop taking the pictures and she has no one to sue.
