Practical Photography

This weeks photographer is another photographer that I have worked with, Paul Jones is a leading Manchester photographer who works very closely with Manchester Model agencies, Industry People, Nemesis and Boss.

He has worked with many celebrities including the hollyoaks girls, coronation street and other north west based soap stars. I worked with him at his studio , labelled 54.

Paul has never formally studied photographer but learnt the basics in Shrewsbury college before becoming an assistant. He has been working as a freelance photographer for the past 15 years.

Paul Jones has been known to do celebrity work including calenders but admits himself that these shoots are the bread and butter that he has to do and gives him other opportunities to be more creative. His favourite styles are editorial and fashion photography he has a no nonsense style to work and when I worked with him is was fast and efficient and he was a lot of fun.

Paul Jones is a talented photographer but also a nice guy he has time for anyone and will work hard to get the best out of a shot
