Office Space in Photography
The most common commissioned photographs are corporate images, pictures that will be used in brochures or mailers that need to convey a proffessional working environment or boardroom feel.
These are not the most exciting jobs you could be asked to do but are definately a lucrative opportunity as for business they have to buy out the rights completely to use the images in web sites, brochures posters etc.
For this I have rented meeting rooms before , this has been a great opportunity to get good shots in an unbranded meeting room that you can dress up with corporate id to spec or just leave generic for istock images. Whenever I have had to hire a meeting room for an actual meeting I would always book it for longer and use the added time to get some models in or just take snaps of the space as I am always being asked for corporate images for mailers or brochures.
