Madonna Photos Not OK
OK Magazine and the Mail On Sunday are reportedly being sued by Madonna for publishing un authorised images of her with an article about Madonna and Guy Richies Divorce. Madonna’s images are sought after by the Paparazzi as they bring in top dollar from national and international publications.
Madonna’s publicist Liz Rosenburg, who is almost a celebrity in her own right, has accused the magazine of publishing the images without the rights and Madonna is apparently claiming $7.5 million in damages which she will be charitably donating to her Raising Malawbi Foundation (according to Liz).
This is not the first time OK Magazine has come to blows with Madonna as they hinted to exclusive wedding pictures on the front cover but then disappointed fans by not having one official image of Mr and Mrs Madonna.
This could be OKs last chance with Madge they printed this apology but could it be too little to late and will someone’s job be on the bordeline!

The photographs were private photographs and Madonna owns the copyright in the photographs. Had we been aware of this at the time we would never have published the photographs….We also wish to offer our sincere apologies to Madonna and her family for any embarrassment or distress caused by publication of the photographs.
