Design Giants Face Sledgehammer

Design Giants Lightmaker have gone into administration only to be rescued by rock legend Peter Gabriel. Peter Gabriel is not only famous for his music including the hit ’sledgehammer’ but is a digital pioneer and has come to the rescue of web site developers and designers at Lightmaker.
Lightmaker have offices all over the world and their UK offices have been struggling in the credit crunch. The developers are renouned for cutting edge design, flashy websites and extensive client list. Lightmaker can boast clients such as, BMW, Bacardi, Cadbury’s and not to mention opfficial film sites, film stars and sports academies.
With a list of work like this you would think they would be safe from the economic climate that has already claimed many small business and ven less popular but established companies like Woolworths.
Luckily for Lightmaker their saviour comes in the shape of pop sensation of the 80s Peter Gabriel. Peter has obviously seen potential in the company and possibly has ideas to take them in a new direction, this is not the first time the star has come to the rescue of a digital agnecy he has also recently given Littlewoods a push in the right direction to target new audience.
