Carla Bruni Nude Photos gets pay out

Ex supermodel Carla Bruni has been awarded damages from French Bag manufacturers ‘Pardon’ after they printed an epic photograph taken of her in the nude on a range of bags.
The supermodel Bruni posed for the photograph in 1993 at the height of her career, Carla was pictured posing in front of the camera, eyes staring into the camera and her hands crossed to cover her modesty. This photo was replicated on a bag next to the caption;
“My guy should have bought Pardon!”
The promotional bag was reproduced without the permission of Miss Bruni and the model received 40,000 euros in compensation, this is not quite the 125,000 she was asking for but still a substantial sum.
Carla Bruni came to fame as a supermodel but now she is beeter known as the first lady of France, so its no wonder she doesn’t want her old nude pictures coming back to haunt her.
