Canon Release New Camera, 1000D
The New Canon 1000D was released earlier today, it is Canon’s new entry level 10.1 million pixel Digital SLR.
Canon hope this new addition to their DSLR Family will encourage consumers to ditch their point and shoot cameras for the digital SLR solution. It will suffer steep competition against Nikons D60 which currently tops the entry level SLR marget with its easy to ues features and excellent quality images.
The Canon 1000D offers all the standard DSLR features such as aperture and shutter speed settings and the cop out auto setting. It seems to have incorporated featured from the EOS 300 and 400 with the same cleaning function, flash exposure etc but priced at only £129.99 seems a very appealing product!
