Adobe Vs Brandise Danesewich

There is a legal battle going on over copyrite over Adobe’s CS3 images using international model Brandise Danesewich.
The model claims that Adobe have been using her images without her permission fo their CS3 version of PhotoShop using her image for packaging, website, and even uploaded a video of the shoot on You Tube.
Adobe paid Brandise Danesewich £1000 for a one day shoot for an image to be used for a lightbox, £1000 for the day is a very low wage for an international model and for this price the usage should be limited. At the shoot Brandise Danesewich requested that the photographer, Miranda Turin, fill out a limited use form for the images. A rather bewildered Turin fudged the issue and never signed this form and subsequently the images have been reproduced internationally over much larger mediums than originally agreed for the fee.
Brandise Danesewich is claining excess of $200,000 in damages claiming she never gave permission for the images to be used to this extent.
